Konya Akşehir Değirmenköy Gölçayır Pond Project Completed

Water has begun to be impounded at the Akşehir Değirmenköy Gölçayır Dam. Mehmet Akif Balta, General Director of the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, delivered the good news to Konya: “Water has begun to be impounded at the Akşehir Değirmenköy Gölçayır Dam. The stored water will provide irrigation for 3,350 decares of agricultural land. May it be auspicious and bountiful.”
